Polka dot silk velvet shirt- blue

Hand made in our studio using silk velvet fabric. Laser cut polka dots and placed on the base fabric resulting in a wavy shimmery glow. 

Due to the rarity of the fabric, this shirt is made to order in extremely limited quantities.
